  Went there for a faulty Epson projector and started the procedure for repairs. I was charged for the inspection charge as common routine, as at the beginning I was sure that the projector was out of warranty, but it then turned out that the projector was still under warranty. We had a talk about the possible refund for the inspection charge, as according to Epson a customer should not pay anything for a repair under warranty, but the problem was both misleading information on Epson website were Express centers too are listed for under warranty repair while they should only be mentioned for out of warranty repairs, and the fact that the service was started as non-warranty service. Micro Partners decided to refund me anyway out of goodwill, despite Epson won't refund them for the engineer's work. This is an example of customer service and customer care done well.
